On August 24th, the final of the 5th round of the 2025 Super GT, “SUZUKA GT300km RACE,” was held at Suzuka Circuit in Mie Prefecture, with MOTUL AUTECH Z (Chiyo Katsumasa/Takahoshi Meisei) winning the GT500 class.
Three weeks after the previous match, Fuji, the battle will be held at Suzuka, the only event this season. In the qualifying round held on the 23rd, pole sitters other than Toyota GR Supra were born for the first time this season. The ARTA MUGEN CIVIC TYPE R-GT No.16, the Otsu Hiroki/Sato Ren group, was in the fastest spot in the qualifying round.
Nissan Z players continued from second to fifth, and along with Honda players, they took the top spot on the grid. Perhaps due to the fact that they were able to improve their success weight in the middle of the season, ENEOS X PRIME GR Supra was in the top spot in the qualifying round for the GR Supra. It was expected that a different race will take place this season than before.

The formation lap start time for the fifth round is 3:30pm. The event was held in the evening, when temperatures were expected to gradually decline.
