In the opening round of the Dutch first division league, Feyenoord's forward Ueda Kyoyo (26) scored one goal in the home match against NAC Breda. The team launched a 2-0 win.

Ueda started as a center forward. In the 10th minute of the second half, with the score at 1-0, he responded to a loose ball from an ally's shot and kicked him directly into the right corner of the goal with his right foot. This was his first goal in the opening game, his fourth season of overseas transfers. After retreating in the 37th minute of the second half, he shaked hands firmly with manager Van Persy, who was active as the ace forward for the Dutch national team. Last season, he scored seven goals in 21 league games, but this season he is expected to score at least double digits as an ace forward.

Defender Watanabe Tsuyoshi (28), who joined the Belgian first division, will be playing the full game as center back. He contributed to a no-doubt victory with his calm play.
